Who we are
We live in a world flooded with information on what to eat and how to exercise, yet Americans continue to be overweight, tired, and overwhelmed.
At PNP, progress not perfection, we work to get to know each unique individual, and provide more than just a list of foods to eat and not eat. We discuss your lifestyle, career, relationships, and health history, before putting together any sort of plan. Everyone has 24 hours in a day, but those hours vary greatly depending on your individual circumstances. We will work to put together a sustainable approach specific to you.
Head COACH-Nikki Kassab
I spent the first decade of my “adulthood” climbing the corporate ladder while in graduate school, navigating motherhood & marriage, all while trying to maintain my health. It’s a difficult juggling act. I’ve explored many different ways of eating and training (throughout pregnancy and postpartum) as well as my relationship with alcohol and supplements. Like many women, I’ve struggled with infertility, anxiety, and mom-guilt, and never deeply explored food choices relative to these issues.
After being victimized by fad diets and quick fixes for decades, it finally “clicked”, and I’ve celebrated wins like decreasing chronic fatigue, becoming more present and level headed, and most importantly understanding the journey is about progress and not perfection.
